Jason Scarpellini

Jason is driven by achieving results and helping others. These passions have been key to building a long and successful career in sales/sales leadership. Maintaining integrity, work ethic and staying client focused has helped Jason consistently be a top performer throughout his career. Jason has spent over a decade as an individual contributor, crafting solutions to help his clients achieve their financial goals. Over the past 12 years Jason has dedicated his time to sharing his knowledge and best practices while helping his team grow professionally.

During his time in the software space Jason was the driving force behind building a world class global business development organization. Jason has a true passion for supporting others and helping them achieve their goals. Over the past 12 years Jason grew a team of 8 into a global organization with 80+ team members spanning the globe.

Jason understands that his team’s success is intertwined with the success of his clients. This has been a long guiding principle throughout his career. He brings this philosophy to Fraud Deflect, where he joins like minded individuals who are driven to help inform merchants, prevent friendly fraud and mitigate chargebacks.

International Experience

As a global executive at Oracle Jason took lead on building and leading teams globally. Initially Jason proved his sales methodology leading teams across North America. With a heavy focus on hubs in Boston, Sao Paulo and Columbia. After proving successful ROI Jason brought his methodology across the globe where he grew multiple teams of sales professionals across the Europe, Middle East and Africa markets. With a heavy focus in Dublin and Dubai. Most recently Jason expanded his influence launching teams across the JAPAC region, leveraging in country team members and overseeing a team in Singapore. These experiences have given Jason the global and cultural experiences necessary to lead in any space.

Financial Services

Jason spent the first 10 years of his career in the financial services industry. Joining some of the largest and most respected banks in the world. Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo and HSBC to name a few. During this time Jason experienced consistent strong results and separated himself as a top performer. Helping his clients achieve their goals in banking, lending and wealth management.

After developing his business development skills Jason was ready for the next chapter in his career. Joining a top Tier Technology company such as Oracle provided Jason the opportunity to deliver results, mentor others and ultimately build and lead teams. Over the past 13 years Jason built, developed and led a global organization of demand generation specialists. Jason was tasked with starting the first business development team at Oracle, focused on gaining market share within key strategic industries. Jason’s team focused on mission critical solutions for 10 key industries. Over the past 12 years Jason built a team of sales professionals from the ground up. Leading and overseeing all key responsibilities in building a sales organization. Including, demand generation, sales, marketing, training, hiring and career progression. His influence spanned multiple hubs around the globe. Most notably Boston, Dublin, Dubai, and Singapore. Leading a global diverse team of sales professionals supporting multiple regions, industries, languages and cultures.

On the Personal Side

Jason spends his free time with his lovely wife Katherine and 2 boys, Blake and Austin. They enjoy sports, exploring FL and are adventurous experiencing a variety of international cuisines. Once a collegiate athlete, Jason enjoys competing. Jason has turned his competitive focus toward Pickleball and Golf. An avid pickleball Jason plays regularly. Occasionally Jason can be found playing a round of golf where he is a consistent double bogey golfer.
